Common use of Unilateral – The Employee Clause in Contracts

Unilateral – The Employee. You may terminate Your employment at any time with the Company by providing the Company with thirty (30) days’ advance written notice of such termination. At the sole option of the Company, such termination may be considered effective on the date such notice is given or at any other date the Company may designate during the 30-day notice period. In the event that You unilaterally terminate Your employment, the Company’s obligation to pay and provide You compensation and benefits under this Agreement shall immediately terminate, except the Company will pay or provide You the Accrued Obligations.
