Common use of Uninsured Casualty Clause in Contracts

Uninsured Casualty. If the Leased Property and/or any Capital Additions of a Facility is/are damaged or destroyed from a risk not covered by insurance carried by Lessee, whether or not such damage or destruction renders such Facility Unsuitable for its Primary Intended Use, Lessee at its expense shall restore the Leased Property and Capital Additions of such Facility to substantially the same condition it was in immediately before such damage or destruction and such damage or destruction shall not terminate this Lease with respect to such Facility or any other Facility.
