Common use of Uninsured Operations Clause in Contracts

Uninsured Operations. Lessee shall not operate or locate any Item of Equipment, or suffer the same to be operated or located, in any recognized or threatened area of hostilities or in any area or on any route excluded from coverage by any insurance contemplated by this Article 10. Lessee shall not operate any Item of Equipment, or suffer the same to be operated, in any manner or for any purpose which is not covered by the insurance which Lessee is required to carry and maintain pursuant to this Article 10.
