UNION BUSINESS AGENTS. The Business Agents of the Union shall have access to the University premises to discuss Union business with the Employer and/or Employees, but in no case shall her/his visit interfere with the progress of the work and shall be only with prior notification to the Employer unless this requirement is expressly waived by the Employer.
UNION BUSINESS AGENTS will make every effort to plan their routine visits to stores at a time when the Manager is on duty.
UNION BUSINESS AGENTS. Section 1. The Union shall have the right to designate agents, not to exceed two (2) persons at any one time, who shall have access to City facilities during regular working hours for the purpose of investigating and administering matters relating to this Agreement.
Section 2. The Union shall notify, in writing, the City Manager and Chief of Police after making such designation which notification shall contain the name of the party or parties thus designated, and the purpose of such investigation. Any such investigation or administration shall be conducted so as not to interfere with routine City business, and any such agent shall comply with City safety and security regulations.
