Union Checkoff Cards. The Union will supply the Company with deduction authorization forms and membership applications which shall be signed by all new Hourly Employees on the date of hire, or date of contract in the case of Owner Operators. It will be the responsibility of the Company to ensure that all forms and membership fees are forwarded to the Union Treasurer within fifteen (15) business days from the date of completion. The Company shall inform, at the time of hiring, the Hourly Employee as to his/her status regarding whether they are a full- time, casual or part-time Hourly Employee.
