UNION CONSTITUTION/BY-LAWS. The Union will provide to the Corporation an approved copy of the section of the by-laws or constitution of CUPE Local 2380 authorizing any such dues/fees and contributions, and an approved copy of the section of the minutes of a meeting at which any change in such dues/fees and contributions is made.
