The Purchaser has not entered into any collective agreement with any labour union or employee association or made any commitments to or conducted any negotiations with any labour union or employee association with respect to any future collective agreement. The Purchaser is not aware of any current attempts to organize, establish or certify any labour union or employee association with respect to any employees of the Purchaser, nor is any such union or association presently certified with regard to a bargaining unit.
