Common use of Union Contracts Clause in Contracts

Union Contracts. There is no collective agreement with any trade union or employee association currently in force with it (whether or not the expiry date of that collective agreement has passed), it is not certified by any trade union, it has not voluntarily recognized any trade union or employee association as representative of all or any of its employees and, to its knowledge, there are no pending or anticipated applications for certification of any bargaining unit.

Union Contracts. There is are no collective agreement with bargaining agreements, contracts or legally binding commitments to any trade union or employee association currently organization or group in force with it (whether respect of or not the expiry date of that collective agreement has passed), it is not certified by any trade union, it has not voluntarily recognized any trade union or employee association as representative of all or any of its employees and, to its knowledge, affecting Employees and there are no pending or anticipated applications for certification or decertification of any bargaining unitunit of Employees, notice of which has been served upon either the Vendor or the Subsidiary and there are no oral understandings with union negotiators or otherwise in respect of such matters.

There is are no collective agreement bargaining agreements with any trade union or employee association currently in force with it (whether or not the expiry date of that collective agreement has passed), it is not certified by any trade union, it has not voluntarily recognized any trade union or employee association as representative of all or any of its employees andthe Vendors or the Subsidiaries, to its knowledge, and there are no pending or anticipated applications for certification or decertification of any collective bargaining unitunit notice of which has been served upon any of the Vendors or the Subsidiaries or of which any of the Vendors or the Subsidiaries is aware, and there are no oral understandings with union negotiators which extend beyond current collective bargaining agreements.
