UNION COOPERATION. A. The Union agrees to uphold the rules and regulations of the Employer in regard to punctual and steady attendance, proper and sufficient notification in case of neces­ sary absence, conduct on the job, and all other reasonable rules and regulations es­ tablished by the Employer. B. The Union agrees to cooperate with the Employer in maintaining and improving safe working conditions and practices, in improving the cleanliness and good house­ keeping of the stores, and in caring for equipment and machinery. C. The Union recognizes the need for con­ servation and the elimination of waste and agrees to cooperate with the Employer in suggesting and practicing methods in the interest of conservation and waste elimina­ tion. D. The Union recognizes the need for im­ proved methods and output in the interest of the employees and the business and agrees to cooperate with the Employer in the installation of such methods, in sug­ gesting improved methods and in the edu­ cation of its members in the necessity for such changes and improvements.
