Common use of Union dues and/or C Clause in Contracts

Union dues and/or C. O.P.E. contributions will be checked off of pay only on the separate written order of the individual employee subject to revocation by him at any time by means of a separate written order. The Company will notify the Union at once on the receipt of any such notice of revocation.
