Union Presentations. The Employer agrees to notify the Union as soon as administratively feasible when new bargaining unit employees are hired. Within one (1) week of Union notification, a designated xxxxxxx or representative will have an opportunity to make a presentation to new employees. Such presentation shall not exceed a time period of one-half (½) hour.
