Common use of Union Requests for Information Clause in Contracts

Union Requests for Information. The College agrees to furnish to the Union, in response to written requests from time to time, information concerning the financial resources of the College, adopted budgets, and such other information as it may reasonably require, together with such information as may be necessary for the Union to process any grievance. The College’s obligation to provide information is limited to providing the Union with documents and reports the College ordinarily and regularly produces; the College is not required to compile or generate reports for the Union under any of the terms of this Agreement, although the College is obligated to extract fields of data from existing electronic files.
