Union Signatory. Red Rock agrees that all television or radio commercials produced hereunder shall be produced in a manner consistent with the Union having jurisdiction over same, and subject to all the terms and conditions of the applicable Union Agreement. The production company involved shall be a Union Signatory. Red Rock shall pay any minimum amounts required to be paid pursuant to such Union Agreement to DR and in respect of pension, health and welfare contributions.
