Unique Equipment Clause Samples

The Unique Equipment clause defines and identifies specific equipment that is distinct or custom-made for a particular contract or project. This clause typically outlines the characteristics that make the equipment unique, such as proprietary technology, custom specifications, or one-of-a-kind components, and may specify how such equipment is to be handled, maintained, or returned. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties clearly understand which equipment is considered unique, thereby preventing disputes over ownership, responsibility, or replacement in the event of loss or damage.
Unique Equipment. SSE and FIC will mutually agree on any NRE charges for unique equipment, which may result from adding new Product Units, or engineering changes, which modify existing Product Units. This equipment may consist of in-circuit test equipment, functional test equipment, special component tooling, and special assembly tooling PCBA pallets or modifications thereof.
Unique Equipment. Adaptaspace can provide custom designed parts, shelves and mounts to be incorporated into the console, such as radio shelves, rack mounts, speaker mounts, overhead lighting and Sound Shower enclosures, large screen display mounts, etc. There is virtually no limit on what can be provided.

Unique Equipment. Any special minor equipment or consumables not covered in the above self- sustainment rates will be handled as unique equipment. These items will be handled on a bilateral special case arrangement between the troop-contributing country and the United Nations.
