Effectiveness of Agreement This Agreement shall become effective upon the execution and delivery hereof by the parties hereto.
Reasonableness of Restrictions 7.1 I agree that I have read this entire Agreement and understand it. I agree that this Agreement does not prevent me from earning a living or pursuing my career. I agree that the restrictions contained in this Agreement are reasonable, proper, and necessitated by Company’s legitimate business interests. I represent and agree that I am entering into this Agreement freely and with knowledge of its contents with the intent to be bound by the Agreement and the restrictions contained in it.
Restrictions on Business Activities There is no agreement, commitment, judgment, injunction, order or decree binding upon the Company or to which the Company is a party which has or could reasonably be expected to have the effect of prohibiting or materially impairing any business practice material to the Company, any acquisition of property by the Company or the conduct of business by the Company as currently conducted or as proposed to be conducted.
Effectiveness of Contract This Contract shall come into effect on the date the Contract is signed by both parties or such other later date as maybe stated in the SCC.
Reasonableness of Price The Contractor demonstrated that all the New York maximum not to exceed rates are reasonable. In accordance with Appendix B, section 17, Pricing, Contractor shall notify OGS when it provides pricing for its consulting services upon the same or similar terms and conditions as that of this Contract at a lower price to a federal, state or local governmental entity.
Mobile Banking Transactions At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Make xxxx payments from your savings or checking account using the Mobile Xxxx Xxxxx service . When you register for Mobile Banking, designated accounts and payees (or billers) linked to your account through Online Banking will be accessible through the Mobile Banking service.
Occupational First Aid Requirements and Courses (a) The Union and the Employer agree that First Aid Regulations made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act shall be fully complied with.
COMPLETENESS OF AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. There are no representations or promises other than those expressly included in this Agreement. Each party hereby states under oath that the financial representations in this Agreement are accurate and complete, to the best of that party’s information, knowledge and belief.
Permitted and Required Uses/Disclosures of PHI 3.1 Except as limited in this Agreement, Business Associate may use or disclose PHI to perform Services, as specified in the underlying grant or contract with Covered Entity. The uses and disclosures of Business Associate are limited to the minimum necessary, to complete the tasks or to provide the services associated with the terms of the underlying agreement. Business Associate shall not use or disclose PHI in any manner that would constitute a violation of the Privacy Rule if used or disclosed by Covered Entity in that manner. Business Associate may not use or disclose PHI other than as permitted or required by this Agreement or as Required by Law.
