Common use of UNIT IN GOOD CONDITION Clause in Contracts

UNIT IN GOOD CONDITION. The Tenant acknowledges that he has inspected the Unit and the Communal Areas and expressly agrees to accept the Unit and the Premises in the condition as it stands. A list of damages, if any, will be submitted by the Tenant per email to the Agent within 7 (seven) days of occupation of the Unit. Should the Tenant fail to do so, the Unit and the Premises will be deemed free of defects.
