Unit Member Copyrighted Material. The rights of unit members who participated in the production of copyrighted material during the course and scope of their employment with the District shall be determined with reference to federal copyright laws. The only exception shall be when a unit member, the District and the Association reach and sign a mutual agreement related to the copyright of specified material.
