Common use of Unit Rights Clause in Contracts

Unit Rights. ‌ The Unit, as the exclusive bargaining representative of the support staff employees, shall have and enjoy all the rights and privileges granted to them by Act 379 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1965, as amended, from time to time, and by other applicable, Michigan Statutes now or hereinafter enacted or the Constitutions of Michigan and the United States.
