Unit TF1 And TM2. The City shall encourage represented employees in Units TF1 and TM2 to participate in professional societies or associations, excluding any organization, that has as one of its principal purposes the representation of individuals in matters concerning wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment, by reimbursing the represented employee in cash for one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of the annual dues for one organization per represented employee. The organization shall be selected by the represented employee, subject to the approval of the department head or his/her designated representative.
