Common use of Unit Trust Agreement Clause in Contracts

Unit Trust Agreement. Annex A forms part of the Unit Trust Agreement. The Unit Trust Agreement may be amended or supplemented, in whole or in part, at any time. Such amendments (including amendments to Annex A) require prior approval of the FMA in order to become effective and must not be implemented before such approval is granted. Amendments of documents other than the Unit Trust Agreement, i.e. the Prospectus and Annex B, C and D, are not subject to prior review by the FMA, must, however, be notified to the FMA.
