Common use of United Kingdom Resident Entity Clause in Contracts

United Kingdom Resident Entity. A “United Kingdom Resident Entity” means an Entity that is resident in the United Kingdom and includes an Entity that is resident in both the United Kingdom and also resident in the Cayman Islands, or any other jurisdiction(s), for the purposes of this Agreement.

United Kingdom Resident Entity. A “United Kingdom Resident Entity” means an Entity that is resident in the United Kingdom and includes an Entity that is resident in both the United Kingdom and also resident in the Cayman British Virgin Islands, or any other jurisdiction(s), for the purposes of this Agreement.
