United States Bankruptcy Laws. Any of the following occurs in respect of a US Debtor: (i) it makes a general assignment for the benefit of creditors; (ii) it commences a voluntary case or proceeding under any US Bankruptcy Law; (iii) an involuntary case under any US Bankruptcy Law is commenced against it and is not controverted within 20 days or is not dismissed or stayed within 60 days after commencement of the case; or (iv) an order for relief or other order approving any case or proceeding is entered under any US Bankruptcy Law.
