Common use of United States Manufacture Clause in Contracts

United States Manufacture. Licensee agrees that to the extent required by United States statute, rule or regulation or by the terms of any grant or other funding agreement applicable to the University with respect to the Patent Rights, (a) Products for sale in the United States of America will be manufactured or produced substantially in the United States of America, and (b) it will not grant any exclusive sublicenses under this Agreement unless the Sublicensee agrees to these same terms.
