Common use of UNITS DEEMED PERSONAL PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

UNITS DEEMED PERSONAL PROPERTY. The Units shall be personal property and shall confer upon the Holders thereof only the interest and rights specifically set forth in this Trust Agreement. The death, insolvency or incapacity of a Holder shall not dissolve or terminate the Trust or affect its continuity or give his legal representative any rights whatsoever, whether against or in respect of other Holders, the Trustee or the Trust Estate or otherwise.
