Units TM1 And U41. The City shall pay up to one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of represented employees’ membership in the California State Bar and one (1) State Bar Section membership. The fees the City pays will not include any Xxxxxx Assessment on the State Bar membership forms. Represented employees, and not the City, are responsible for penalties incurred if they fail to submit State Bar Membership forms in a timely manner.
