University Administrative Fee Amount. The Organizer shall pay an administrative fee to the University in an amount equal to three percent (3%) of the total amount the Organizer receives during the calendar year under IC Title 20, Article 43, which includes only local and state funds. This administrative fee shall be due and payable to the University in the Office of Charter Schools within ten (10) days from the date of the University’s invoice for such fee.
