In the event that the Academy desires to acquire property pursuant to condemnation, it shall obtain the express written permission of the University Board for such acquisition; such written permission shall be in the form of a resolution adopted at a public meeting of the University Board. The Academy shall submit such written request to the University Board 120 days prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the University Board.
