University Board Approval of Condemnation. In the event that the Academy desires to acquire property pursuant to the Uniform Condemnation Procedures Act or other applicable statutes, it shall obtain express written permission for such acquisition from the University Board. The Academy shall submit a written request to the Charter Schools Office Director describing the proposed acquisition and the purpose for which the Academy desires to acquire the property. The Charter Schools Office Director will generate a recommendation for consideration by the University Board with regard to the proposed acquisition.
