University Board Resolution Establishing Method of Selection, Length of Term and Number of Academy Board Members. The method of selection and appointment, length of term, number of directors, oath of public office requirements, tenure, removal, resignation, compensation and prerequisite qualifications for members of the Academy Board shall comply with the resolution adopted by The Board of Regents of Eastern Michigan University (the “University Board”).
