University Resources and Access. The University is responsible for: (a) providing the University Materials and such other resources as may be specified in the Statement of Work (collectively, “University Resources”); and (b) providing Supplier Personnel with such access to the Site(s) and Operating Environment as is necessary for Supplier to perform its obligations on a timely basis as set forth in the Statement of Work.
