Common use of University Timetable Clause in Contracts

University Timetable. The University timetable, distributed to all faculty pursuant to Article 17.2, shall include appropriate deadline dates by which retention portfolios shall be submitted by the Employee to the applicable Division/Department Personnel Committee. Upon the written request of the Employee or the Division/Department Chair, the Xxxxxxx/Vice President for Academic Affairs may extend the deadline for submission of the portfolio.
