Common use of Unlawful Use of Service Clause in Contracts

Unlawful Use of Service. Services provided by GTE pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by CCI or its customers for any purpose in violation of law. CCI, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI and its customers’ use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI or, as appropriate, CCI's customer when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCI, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

Unlawful Use of Service. Services provided by GTE pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by CCI RECONEX or its customers end users for any purpose in violation of law. CCIRECONEX, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI RECONEX and its customersend users’ use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI RECONEX or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI RECONEX or, as appropriate, CCIRECONEX's customer end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCIRECONEX, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI RECONEX and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

CCIFirst Choice, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI First Choice and its customersend users’ use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI First Choice or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI First Choice or, as appropriate, CCIFirst Choice's customer end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCIFirst Choice, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI First Choice and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

Unlawful Use of Service. Services provided by GTE pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by CCI Suretel or its customers end users for any purpose in violation of law. CCISuretel, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI Suretel and its customersend users’ use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI Suretel or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI Suretel or, as appropriate, CCISuretel's customer end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCISuretel, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI Suretel and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

CCIANNOX, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI ANNOX and its customersend users’ use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI ANNOX or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI ANNOX or, as appropriate, CCIANNOX's customer end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCIANNOX, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI ANNOX and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

CCINEW PHONE, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI NEW PHONE and its customers’ end users use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI NEW PHONE or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI NEW PHONE or, as appropriate, CCINEW PHONE's customer end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCINEW PHONE, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI NEW PHONE and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

Unlawful Use of Service. Services provided by GTE pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by CCI USTELCOM or its customers end users for any purpose in violation of law. CCIUSTELCOM, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI USTELCOM and its customers’ end users use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI USTELCOM or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI USTELCOM or, as appropriate, CCIUSTELCOM's customer end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCIUSTELCOM, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI USTELCOM and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

Unlawful Use of Service. Services provided by GTE pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by CCI Prepaid or its customers end users for any purpose in violation of law. CCIPrepaid, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI Prepaid and its customers’ end users use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI Prepaid or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI Prepaid or, as appropriate, CCIPrepaid's customer end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCIPrepaid, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI Prepaid and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

Unlawful Use of Service. Services provided by GTE pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by CCI NOW or its customers end users for any purpose in violation of law. CCINOW, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI NOW and its customersend users’ use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI NOW or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI NOW or, as appropriate, CCINOW's customer end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCINOW, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI NOW and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

Unlawful Use of Service. Services provided by GTE pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by CCI dPi or its customers end users for any purpose in violation of law. CCIdPi, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI dPi and its customers’ end users use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI dPi or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI dPi or, as appropriate, CCIdPi's customer end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCIdPi, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI dPi and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

Unlawful Use of Service. Services provided by GTE pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by CCI USA Digital or its customers for any purpose in violation of law. CCIUSA Digital, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI USA Digital and its customers’ use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI USA Digital or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI USA Digital or, as appropriate, CCIUSA Digital's customer when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCIUSA Digital, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI USA Digital and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

Unlawful Use of Service. Services provided by GTE pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by CCI EZPHONE or its customers end users for any purpose in violation of law. CCIEZPHONE, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI EZPHONE and its customers’ end users use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI EZPHONE or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI EZPHONE or, as appropriate, CCIEZPHONE's customer end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCIEZPHONE, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI EZPHONE and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

Unlawful Use of Service. Services provided by GTE pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by CCI JTC or its customers end users for any purpose in violation of law. CCIJTC, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI JTC and its customers’ end users use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI JTC or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI JTC or, as appropriate, CCIJTC's customer end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCIJTC, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI JTC and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

Unlawful Use of Service. Services provided by GTE pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by CCI EZ Talk or its customers end users for any purpose in violation of law. CCIEZ Talk, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI EZ Talk and its customers’ end users use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI EZ Talk or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI EZ Talk or, as appropriate, CCIEZ Talk's customer end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCIEZ Talk, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI EZ Talk and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

Unlawful Use of Service. Services provided by GTE pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by CCI DTI or its customers end users for any purpose in violation of law. CCIDTI, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI DTI and its customers’ end users use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI DTI or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI DTI or, as appropriate, CCIDTI's customer end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCIDTI, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI DTI and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

Unlawful Use of Service. Services provided by GTE pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by CCI PCS or its customers end users for any purpose in violation of law. CCIPCS, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI PCS and its customers’ end users use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI PCS or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI PCS or, as appropriate, CCIPCS's customer end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCIPCS, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI PCS and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

Unlawful Use of Service. Services provided by GTE pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by CCI CDI or its customers end users for any purpose in violation of law. CCICDI, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI CDI and its customers’ end users use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI CDI or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI CDI or, as appropriate, CCICDI's customer end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCICDI, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI CDI and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

CCIGSCOMM, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that CCI GSCOMM and its customersend users’ use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to CCI GSCOMM or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to CCI GSCOMM or, as appropriate, CCIGSCOMM's customer end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to CCIGSCOMM, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of CCI GSCOMM and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.
