Common use of Unless Client and Attorney Clause in Contracts

Unless Client and Attorney. otherwise agree in writing, all other matters referred to Attorney for representation shall be governed by the terms of this Agreement. However, Attorney’s obligation to represent Client in such matters shall consist of an obligation to furnish appropriate representation with reasonable diligence as applicable to the particular matter in question.
