Common use of Unlisted/Non-Published End Users Clause in Contracts

Unlisted/Non-Published End Users. Easy Telephone will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all Easy Telephone End Users who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published listings will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth’s GSST and shall not be subject to the wholesale discount.
