Common use of Unlock License Clause in Contracts

Unlock License. If you elect to convert from one version of the Software to another (e.g., from the Trial version to the Single User version, from SimpleStart to Pro, from Pro to Premier, etc.) using the unlock purchase process within the Software, your use of the new unlocked version of the Software must be in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Once you have such version, you may no longer use the original version of the Software on any computer.
