Other than as disclosed in the Property Information, the Title Commitment, or any other documents delivered to Buyer, Seller has not entered into any unrecorded contracts, leases, easements or other agreements with respect to the Property that would be binding on Buyer or the Property following the Closing. Seller has no knowledge of any claim of any third party affecting the use, title, occupancy or development of the Property that has not been disclosed to Buyer. Seller has not granted any right of first refusal, option or other right to acquire all or any part of the Property.
