UNRESOLVED CONCERNS. ‌ A. Article XV, Resolution of Concerns, will be the first step in any prospective discipline except in cases of gross misconduct. B. The employer’s expectations with respect to employee conduct will be clearly explained. The employee will be informed of the consequences of his or her actions. An investigation to determine the facts will be conducted fairly and objectively. C. All discipline matters will be handled in consultation with the Human Resources office. The faculty member has the right to Federation representation throughout this process including during the college’s initial interview with the employee. D. Options for discipline are: 1.
