Common use of UNRESOLVED ISSUES Clause in Contracts

UNRESOLVED ISSUES. Any unresolved issue affecting or involving a claim by or the employment status of an Eligible Member shall be decided by a Joint Committee appointed by the Parties, consisting of the Trustees of the WFPP. If a majority of the Committee fail to agree upon a decision, the matter shall be decided in the same manner as an unresolved issue is decided under the terms of the Waterfront Xxxxxxx's Pension Agreement.
