UNRESOLVED ISSUES. When members of the task force reach agreement on a particular subject, the terms of the agreement thereafter will be implemented by the Hospital. Failure of the task force to agree on a matter will not be grievable. Notwithstanding this prior sentence, if an issue has been fully discussed in the task force and has not been resolved, the Union may invite the Hospital Administrator to attend a meeting to discuss the unresolved issue subject to the following terms: 1. The issue has been fully discussed with the task force members before inviting the Administrator; 2. The Hospital Administrator is informed of the issue, in writing, in advance of the meeting; and 3. Such attendance by the Hospital Administrator will occur not more than 2 times per calendar year.
