Restricted Access By choosing restricted access, you are requesting that the library restrict access to all full-text copies of your dissertation – both print and electronic – for a specified period of time. Unbundled Loop Modifications (Line Conditioning 2.5.1 Line Conditioning is defined as routine network modification that BellSouth regularly undertakes to provide xDSL services to its own customers. This may include the removal of any device, from a copper Loop or copper Sub-loop that may diminish the capability of the Loop or Sub-loop to deliver high-speed switched wireline telecommunications capability, including xDSL service. Such devices include, but are not limited to, load coils, excessive bridged taps, low pass filters, and range extenders. Excessive bridged taps are bridged taps that serves no network design purpose and that are beyond the limits set according to industry standards and/or the XxxxXxxxx XX 00000.
Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) System 2.5.1 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC). Loop concentration systems in the central office concentrate the signals transmitted over local loops onto a digital loop carrier system. The concentration device is placed inside a BellSouth central office. BellSouth will offer ULC with a TR008 interface or a TR303 interface.

ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN AN AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT Additional Contractor Terms and Conditions may become part of an Authorized User Agreement in accordance with Section 28 of Appendix B. EMPLOYEE INFORMATION REQUIRED TO BE REPORTED BY CERTAIN CONSULTANT CONTRACTORS AND SERVICE CONTRACTORS Civil Service Law § 97 and State Finance Law § 163 establish reporting requirements for maintaining certain information concerning Contract Employees working under State Agency service and consulting Contracts. State Agency consultant Contracts are defined as “Contracts entered into by a state Agency for analysis, evaluation, research, training, data processing, computer programming, engineering, environmental health and mental health services, accounting, auditing, paralegal, legal, or similar services” (“covered consultant Contract” or “covered consultant services”). Unbundled Loop Concentration 2.8.5.1 Upon the Effective Date of this Amendment, the Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) element will no longer be offered by BellSouth and no new orders for ULC will be accepted. Any existing ULCs that were provisioned prior to the Effective Date of this Amendment will be grandfathered at the rates set forth in the Parties’ interconnection agreement that was in effect immediately prior to this Amendment and may remain connected, maintained and repaired according to BellSouth’s TR73600 until such time as they are disconnected by MyLineToo, or BellSouth provides ninety (90) calendar days notice that such ULC must be terminated.
STRIKES AND LOCK-OUTS 5.01 In view of the arrangements provided by this Agreement for the disposition of any grievance as herein provided, the Company agrees that there will be no lock-out of employees and the Union agrees there will be no strike, slow-down, sit-down or other action which interferes with work or operations, or picketing of any kind or form whatsoever, however peaceful.
Security Violations and Accounts Updates Grantee will adhere to the Confidentiality Article requirements and HHS Data Usage Agreement of this contract and immediately contact System Agency if a security violation is detected, or if Grantee has any reason to suspect that the security or integrity of the CMBHS data has been or may be compromised in any way.
Environmentally Preferable Procurement Policy The Environmentally Preferable Procurement Policy, along with a brief policy description, is located on the City’s website at the following link: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/esd/natural-energy-resources/epp.htm. Environmental procurement policies and activities related to the completion of any Work will include, whenever practicable, but are not limited to: The use of recycled and/or recyclable products in daily operations (i.e. 30%, 50%, 100% PCW paper, chlorine process free, triclosan free hand cleaner, etc.); The use of energy-star compliant equipment; The use of alternative fuel and hybrid vehicles, and implementation of protocols aimed at increasing the efficiency of vehicle operation; The implementation of internal waste reduction and reuse protocol(s); and Water and resource conservation activities within facilities, including bans on individual serving bottled water and the use of compostable food service products.
Alternate Traffic Routing If CLEC has a LIS arrangement which provides two (2) paths to a CenturyLink End Office Switch (one (1) route via a Tandem Switch and one (1) direct route), CLEC may elect to utilize alternate traffic routing. CLEC traffic will be offered first to the direct trunk group (also referred to as the "primary high" route) and then overflow to the Tandem Switch group (also referred to as the "alternate final" route) for completion to CenturyLink End Office Switches.
