Unrestricted Entities. (a) No Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries shall incur, assume, guarantee or otherwise become liable in respect of any Indebtedness or any other obligations, or grant or permit to exist any Lien on any of its Property to secure any Indebtedness of or other obligations of, or provide any other form of credit support to any Unrestricted Entity.
