UNSAFE MATERIALS Sample Clauses
The UNSAFE MATERIALS clause defines the responsibilities and restrictions regarding the use, handling, or presence of hazardous or dangerous substances within the scope of an agreement. Typically, this clause requires parties to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to unsafe materials, and may prohibit the introduction or storage of such materials on a property or during a project unless expressly permitted. Its core function is to minimize health, safety, and environmental risks by clearly allocating responsibility and ensuring that all parties are aware of and adhere to safety standards concerning hazardous substances.
