Common use of Unsatisfactory Performance Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Unsatisfactory Performance Evaluation. Should an employee receive an unsatisfactory performance evaluation, the Supervisor shall provide feedback to the employee, and where appropriate identify areas in need of improvement and develop an agreed upon performance improvement plan with the employee, which shall be signed by the Supervisor and the employee. The employee may add their written comments on any evaluation which may be included in the employee’s personnel file and such comments will form part of the evaluation.
