Common use of Unsatisfactory Status Clause in Contracts

Unsatisfactory Status. An employee will be judged unsatisfactory if his/her comprehensive evaluation score results in an unsatisfactory rating or if the continuing contract employee is rated basic for 2 consecutive years or for 2 out of three consecutive years.
