Unscheduled Services. Man will employ its commercially reasonable efforts to provide such Other Services to Westway as are reasonably requested by Westway. Westway will employ its commercially reasonable efforts to provide such Other Services to Man as are reasonably requested by Man. Other Services provided by one party to the other will be charged based upon the Fully Allocated Cost of such Services based upon actual hours worked, unless otherwise agreed, which agreement shall be pursued in good faith by both parties.
