Common use of Unused and Disallowed Advances Clause in Contracts

Unused and Disallowed Advances. (a) The Grantee shall return to RUS forthwith all or any advanced portion of the Grant not disbursed by the Grantee for the Project or not needed to complete the Project at the completion of the Project. (b) The Grantee shall reimburse RUS for any advanced funds whose original expenditure has been disallowed by a RUS compliance review. Disallowances shall be satisfied, as directed by RUS, by either administrative offset against requests for Advances or repaying the disallowed amount directly to the United States Treasury.
