Unused Cards. Company shall require each Operator to destroy any unused non-personalized Cards within 40 Business Days after the end of each Tax Season (excluding the Pre Tax Season) or within such other periods as mutually agreed upon by the Parties, at Company’s expense. Company shall certify such destruction on a form to be provided by Bank.
