Unused Funds. 4.10 For any checks that have not been returned as undeliverable or remain uncashed after 90 days of issuance, the Settlement Administrator shall mail a second check to the Claimant. 4.11 Any funds that remain unclaimed 90 days after the second checks are mailed shall be distributed to an appropriate cy pres recipient selected by the Parties and agreed to by the Court.
