UNUSED PORTION OF GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE. Upon Final Completion of the Work, any unused portion of the Guaranteed Maximum Price, other than the Construction Manager’s Fee and personnel charges, shall revert back to the Owner through reduction of the Guaranteed Maximum Price by Change Order.
