Construction Manager’s Fee. 8.1 In consideration of the performance of the contract, the Owner agrees to pay the Construction Manager as compensation for his services, fees as set forth in Subparagraphs 8.1.1, 8.1.2 and 8.1.3 of the Agreement.
Construction Manager’s Fee. The following shall be deemed included in the Construction Manager’s fee for services during the Construction Phase.
8.5.2.1 Salaries or other compensation of the Construction Manager’s employees at the principal office and branch office for services related to the project.
8.5.2.2 Bonuses and awards to all Construction Manager’s employees.
8.5.2.3 Only those general operating expenses of the Construction Manager’s principal and/or branch offices that are specifically related to this Project.
8.5.2.4 The costs of all data processing staff and software at the Construction Manager’s principal or branch office performing services related to this project.
8.5.2.5 The acquisition, operation and maintenance of office supplies, tools, vehicles and equipment in which title and ownership is not vested with the Owner.
8.5.2.6 The Construction Manager’s profit.
Construction Manager’s Fee. 8.1 In consideration of the performance of the contract, the Owner agrees to pay the Construction Manager as compensation for his services upon acceptance of each individual Guaranteed Maximum Price:

Construction Manager’s Fee. 8.2.1 The Construction Manager’s Fee is based on the Professional Services rendered in connection with the Work. The amount of the Construction Manager’s Fee is set forth in the Schedule of Project Details. In the case of changes to the Fixed Limit of Construction Cost or Guaranteed Maximum Price, not covered by Sections 3.8.6 and 3.8.7, that are required due to Owner change to the original scope included in this Agreement or for Design Professional error and omissions, the Construction Manager will be entitled to additional fee only in accordance with the Schedule of Project Details, Item 5a. No additional Construction Manager fee shall be allowed for any payments in satisfaction and resolution of claims or disputes.
8.2.1.1 The calculation for Trade Contractor’s xxxx-up used in §7.6.3.3 of the Standard General Conditions (the net compounded amount) excludes any allowed Construction Manager’s Fee.
8.2.2 In the case of a termination of the Contract by the Construction Manager pursuant to §8.7.2 and/or §14.3 of the Standard General Conditions, the Construction Manager’s Fee through the date of termination shall be calculated as if the termination were by the Owner for convenience pursuant to §14.2 of the Standard General Conditions.
Construction Manager’s Fee. In consideration of the performance of the contract, the Owner agrees to pay the Construction Manager as compensation for his services, fees as set forth below : Preconstruction Phase Fee - shall be based on design costs if applicable, constructability review, value engineering and fee determination of Guaranteed Maximum Price. The fee for this phase in the amount of $ TBD shall be paid at the negotiated price upon receipt of the Guaranteed Maximum Price.
Construction Manager’s Fee. 5.1 The Construction Manager’s Fee shall be equal to the sum of the fee for the Services as specified in paragraph 5.2 and the fee for the Work as described in paragraph 5.3.
5.2 The Construction Manager’s Fee for the Services is comprised of one or more of the following: .1* A fixed amount of ; and .2* A percentage amount of percent ( %) of the Construction Cost Estimate. Final reconciliation payments shall be adjusted based on Class A Construction Cost Estimate; and
Construction Manager’s Fee. If no specific provision is made in Section 5.1. for adjustment of the Construction Manager’s Fee in the case of changes in the Work, or if the extent of such changes is such that, in the aggregate, the application of the adjustment provisions of Section 5.1. will cause substantial inequity to the Owner or Construction Manager, the Construction Manager’s Fee shall be equitably adjusted on the basis of the Fee established for the original Work.
Construction Manager’s Fee. The Construction Manager’s Fee shall be the sum stipulated in the GMP Amendment, which sum shall be equal to <<PERCENTAGE IN WORDS>> PERCENT (<<##>>%) (the “Construction Manager’s Fee Percentage”) of the Cost of the Work as estimated in the GMP Amendment. If the Project is delivered in phases or components with multiple GMP Amendments, each GMP Amendment will include its own Construction Manager’s Fee. The Construction Manager’s Fee for the entire Project is the aggregate of the sums stipulated in each GMP Amendment. Overhead Fee. The Cost of the Work includes the Overhead Fee as set forth in Section 16.5 of the General Conditions. The Overhead Fee shall be the sum stipulated in the GMP Amendment, which shall be equal to <<PERCENTAGE IN WORDS>> PERCENT (<<##>>%) of the Cost of the Work, not including the Overhead Fee, as estimated in the GMP Amendment. If the Project is delivered in phases or components with multiple GMP Amendments, each GMP Amendment will include its own Overhead Fee. The Overhead Fee for the entire Project is the aggregate of the sums stipulated in each GMP Amendment.
